Our Annual day was held on a remarkably grand scale. The day was marked with a series of performances by our extremely talented students. The event brought up accolades from the parents for the elaborate was in which it was organized.
“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” In keeping upwith this saying, at VIS, we organize field trips and excursions to places of interest like Zoo Negara, Malacca, Science museums etc… These trips enable the students to acquaint themselves with the outer world.
Each year the students and staff participate in the Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations at the Indian High Commission. These celebrations instill a patriotic fervor into the hearts of students hailing from India.
Science exhibitions are also organized each year for all the students. They are greatly encouraged to make models, charts, experiments etc… and to demonstrate practically what they have learnt in the theory classes.
VIS is highly secular in its approach. We embrace students from all religions, faiths and nationalities. This is evident from the fact that we celebrate all festivals in our school campus like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Diwali, Pongal, Merdeka, Christmas and so on and so forth.
